Descrizione della posizione

Il Direttore di Studi ha come scopo ultimo di garantire l'efficacia dell'apprendimento e la soddisfazione degli studenti. Pertanto è responsabile di:

· Selezionare, formare e sviluppare e risorse umane del reparto didattico – receptionists e staff didattico

· Implementare e mantenere le Standard Operating procedures per garantire la qualità del servizio offerto

· Insegnare lezioni seguendo il metodo WSE

· Contribuire al fatturato interno (proveniente da rinnovi e riferiti) grazie alla qualità del servizio didattico offerto

· Gestire e coordinare quotidianamente il reparto didattico

Il candidato ideale

· Inglese madre-lingua o bilingue

· Laurea universitaria

· Abilitazione all'insegnamento dell'inglese come lingua straniera - CELTA o equivalente

· Esperienza di insegnamento di due anni

· Esperienze di gestione risorse umane

· Propensione commerciale

· Ottime competenze pacchetto Office

· Ottima capacità comunicative in Italiano

· Assunzione Full time
