We're hiring a luxury fashion expert to own our end-to-end luxury fashion execution. This is a "Founding lead for Luxury Fashion" role for a multifaceted doer. It blends instincts for second-hand luxury fashion dynamics with rigorous data, and close partnership with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support. We require extensive experience in luxury fashion industry, commercial judgment, and the ability to build, test, and scale in a fast-moving B2C environment.
What You'll DoOwn category strategy end to end: business goals and margin targets, product vision, inventory/brand expansion, pricing architecture.
Translate cultural and market signals into clear, testable marketing initiatives. Validate concepts through data, customer feedback, and small-batch drops. Partner with Marketing on narratives, creators, and campaigns that convert across paid, social, email, and site.
Collaborate with Product and UX on site merchandising, PDPs, size guidance, bundling, and experimentation to lift conversion.
Use analytics drive. Own KPIs and business outcomes with a founder's mindset.
Work with Ops on lead times, cost and customer satisfaction.
5+ years in luxury fashion industry within the online B2C space.
Strong grasp of industry dynamics and customer behavior, with instinct for second-hand fashion signals.
Data-driven operator fluent in dashboards, cohort analysis, and test-and-learn roadmaps.
Cross-functional leadership with Marketing, Product, Ops, and CX; excellent vendor and stakeholder management.
Taste and judgment that balance trend relevance, brand DNA, and commercial outcomes.
High ownership, bias to action, and comfort switching between strategy and hands-on execution.
