In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform, sarai coinvolta/o in progetti di implementazione Workday HCM in cui, insieme a colleghe e colleghi esperti, analizzerai i requisiti e contribuirai a disegnare e configurare soluzioni digitali a supporto dei processi HR.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

Partecipare a iniziative end-to-end di implementazione Workday HCM, dalla fase di design al go-live e al post go-live

Analizzare i requisiti di business HR e tradurli in configurazioni Workday (es. business process configuration, definizione regole e workflow)

Collaborare con team di progetto e referenti cliente durante workshop, raccolta requisiti e attività di change management

Supportare attività di integrazione lavorando a contatto con i team tecnici (raccolta requisiti, mappature, validazioni funzionali)

Contribuire alle attività di test (SIT/UAT), gestione difetti, training e knowledge transfer per favorire la corretta adozione

Supportare attività di data validation e controlli di coerenza sui dati (in collaborazione con i team dedicati)

Operare in sinergia con le diverse figure progettuali, garantendo qualità, coerenza e rispetto degli obiettivi progettuali

Supportare, ove richiesto, attività di presales e proposal (raccolta input, stime, contributi a offerte)

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti nazionali e internazionali, lavorando a stretto contatto con clienti e team multidisciplinari, in particolare su contesti Consumer & Industrial (es. Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial & Manufacturing, Automotive).

Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

Hai 2–4 anni di esperienza su progetti di implementazione Workday HCM in ruolo funzionale

Conosci Workday Core HCM e almeno uno/due moduli tra Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence/Time Tracking (Payroll è un plus)

Hai familiarità con attività di configurazione, gestione requisiti, documentazione funzionale e supporto ai test (SIT/UAT)

Hai esperienza in contesti strutturati e, idealmente, multinazionali, con stakeholder HR e IT

Possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team

Sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all'estero, in base alle esigenze progettuali

KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to help companies transform their business models, improve performance and digitise processes, as well as support clients in risk analysis and management and extraordinary finance transactions.

As part of the Enterprise Platform team, you will be involved in Workday HCM implementation projects where, together with experienced colleagues, you will analyse requirements and help design and configure digital solutions supporting HR processes.

What you will do

Take part in end-to-end Workday HCM implementation initiatives, from design through go-live and post go-live

Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations (e.g., business process configuration, rule and workflow definition)

Work with the project team and client stakeholders during workshops, requirements gathering, and change management activities

Support integration activities by working closely with technical teams (requirements capture, mapping, functional validations)

Contribute to testing (SIT/UAT), defect management, training, and knowledge transfer to drive successful adoption

Support data validation activities and data consistency checks (in collaboration with dedicated teams)

Work collaboratively with different project roles, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with project objectives

Support, where required, pre-sales and proposal activities (input collection, estimates, contributions to bids)

You will be involved in national and international projects, collaborating with highly qualified professionals and working closely with clients in the Consumer & Industrial area.

Come As You Are – Your skills and background

This opportunity is a great fit if you:

Have 2–4 years of experience in a functional role on Workday HCM implementation projects

Know Workday Core HCM and at least one or two modules among Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence/Time Tracking (Payroll is a plus)

Are familiar with configuration activities, requirements management, functional documentation, and support for testing (SIT/UAT)

Have experience in structured and ideally multinational environments, working with HR and IT stakeholders

Have a good command of English and enjoy working as part of a team

Are available to travel in Italy and abroad, depending on project needs
