Zimmermann has an exciting opportunity for a
Sales Assistant/Runner to join our team in Forte dei Marmi boutique for a fixed term full time(40h) contract (CDD - 3 months from June to end of August 2026).

The successful candidate must have sales experience (essential), amazing client service skills, the ability to achieve results, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in luxury fashion is essential.

To be successful, you will be flexible, dynamic and eager to learn

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the stock manager with daily tasks (receiving goods, organizing, transferring, and participating in customer appointments).
  • Help the team with the organization of the store.
  • Support the sales team (steaming, organizing).

The successful candidate will also posses:

  • Previous sales experience in luxury designer fashion
  • Excellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations
  • A professional, welcoming character and presentation
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion
  • Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability
  • A passion for exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to build ongoing rapport with clientele
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A calmness to work under pressure
