Sales Representative – Servizi di Pulizia Professionale (Roma)

CLISH è un'azienda specializzata in servizi di pulizie professionali per il settore hospitality e facility services.

Per il potenziamento della rete commerciale su Roma e provincia, ricerchiamo un/una Sales Representative / Agente Commerciale con forte orientamento allo sviluppo di nuovi clienti.

Responsabilità

  • Sviluppo commerciale e acquisizione di nuovi clienti B2B
  • Gestione delle trattative commerciali e chiusura dei contratti
  • Presidio e sviluppo del territorio assegnato
  • Costruzione e mantenimento di relazioni durature con clienti corporate

Clienti di riferimento

  • Hotel e strutture ricettive
  • B&B e case vacanza
  • Uffici, palestre e ristoranti
  • Condomini

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ambito commerciale/vendite
  • Ottime capacità di negoziazione e closing
  • Autonomia operativa, affidabilità e approccio strutturato
  • Buona conoscenza del territorio di Roma
  • Partita IVA preferibile (non vincolante)
