HR Administration Expert
will join the HR Operations function, contributing to the operational and administrative management of personnel-related processes.
The role ensures accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistent application of internal HR policies for employees, PhD candidates, interns, and external collaborators.
We are seeking an experienced
HR Administration Expert
with a strong background in personnel administration, contract management, and HR compliance, ideally gained in structured organizations, labor consultancy firms.
This role is designed to offer professional growth through training, mentoring, and dedicated learning opportunities, aimed at enabling the development of the skills required to potentially coordinate the HR Operations activites.
Your Mission
Own end-to-end personnel administration processes for employees, PhD candidates, interns, and external collaborators, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistent application of HR policies.
- Manage employment and collaboration contracts, including drafting, renewals, amendments, and monitoring of contractual deadlines, in line with Collective Labor Agreements and internal rules.
- Act as a reference point for HR administrative topics, supporting HR Partners and line managers in non-standard contractual and administrative cases.
- Handle the administrative management of curricular and extracurricular internships, liaising with universities, promoting bodies, and external institutions.
- Ensure accurate employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding activities and maintenance of complete and up-to-date personnel records.
- Collaborate closely with Payroll and other internal functions, providing operational support and back-up when required, while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and process continuity.

Essential
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in HR administration roles
- Proven hands-on experience in personnel administration and contract management
- Working knowledge of labor regulations and HR compliance
- Fluent English

- Experience in structured organizations, labor consultancy firms, or Public Administration
- Familiarity with Collective Labor Agreements
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation

Salary benchmark: up to € depending on seniority and experience.
