JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a highly motivated Payroll & Benefit Specialist with a strong employee-centric mindset to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR operations, with a particular focus on optimizing and evolving our benefit programs. We value professionals who embrace change and see complexity as an opportunity to design smarter, more inclusive solutions for our workforce.
This position requires a detail-driven and analytical profile, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and benefit structures. Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with international teams and participation in global HR initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR Payroll & Benefit Specialist:
- Manage and optimize corporate benefit programs (welfare, health insurance, meal vouchers, employee discounts).
- Coordinate with external providers and insurance partners.
- Provide operational support for payroll processes in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
- Prepare reports and analyze costs related to benefit programs.
- Communicate with employees and provide guidance on benefit usage.
The ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment is essential.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS:
- At least 5 years' experience in HR with a focus on payroll and benefits In-depth knowledge of Italian labor law.
- Strong analytical attitude and structured thinking.
- Constructive energy and a growth orientation.
- Mastery of the English language is a prerequisite for meetings in international contexts.
- Strong result orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentality.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Recent Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics and related disciplines.
- Good knowledge of the English language. (Min. B2).
- Good data processing and reading skills and a natural inclination for
negotiation.
