La figura di Test & QA Specialist avrà un ruolo chiave nella governance delle attività di testing dei sistemi core aziendali.

La risorsa sarà responsabile di garantire la qualità e l'affidabilità delle soluzioni applicative attraverso la pianificazione, l'esecuzione e il monitoraggio delle attività di test, coordinando il lavoro di team esterni.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Definire e governare la strategia di test (manuale e automatizzato) in coerenza con le esigenze progettuali e aziendali.
  • Coordinare, monitorare e supervisionare le attività di fornitori esterni responsabili dell'esecuzione dei test.
  • Garantire il rispetto di processi, standard di qualità, SLA e KPI relativi alle attività di QA.
  • Valutare e indirizzare l'adozione di framework e strumenti di test automation;
  • Collaborare con i team interni (IT, sviluppo, DevOps, prodotto) per assicurare l'integrazione dei test nei processi di delivery e CI/CD.
  • Analizzare report di test e metriche di qualità, fornendo feedback e indicazioni di miglioramento.
  • Supportare la valutazione di soluzioni innovative, incluse tecnologie AI-driven applicate al testing, come elemento di miglioramento continuo.

  • Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in ruolo analogo e su applicativi enterprise/ canali digitali.
  • Capacità di gestione e coordinamento di fornitori esterni e team distribuiti.
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di test management e defect tracking (es. Jira, HP ALM, TestRail).
  • Solida conoscenza dei principi e delle architetture di test automation (UI, API, end-to-end).
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione con stakeholder tecnici e di business.
  • Approccio strutturato, orientamento alla qualità e al miglioramento continuo.
  • Familiarità con tecnologie di AI generativa e machine learning applicate al testing software (es. strumenti di test generation, log analysis intelligente, anomaly detection).
  • Certificazione ISTQB Foundation Level (International Software Testing Qualifications Board).
