We are looking for a curious, intellectual and passionate SENIOR UX/UI DESIGNER with at least 5 years of direct experience in the automotive industry to join our growing team

As the UX/UI team, we:
- Research our customers, market and tech trends
- Work on digital and physical design solutions (Car concepts, features, new interactions and HMI Systems) that innovate and inspire other design teams and engineering teams
- Co-create cross-functionally with internal design teams to create holistic automotive experiences
- Design and prototype rapidly in a multi-disciplinary team
As a Senior Automotive UX/UI Designer you will:
- Work closely with the team manager and the wider European design team to create captivating and unique experiences for our range of new brands and mobility
- Present design solutions in interesting and immersive visual ways to engage and influence stakeholders
- Collaborate with and mentor a growing dynamic team
Who are we looking for:
- 5+ years of direct experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record applying user-driven or design thinking methodologies to real-world projects.
- Passionate about a variety of topics, including technology, new interactions, automotive and industrial design, architecture, the arts, and more.
- An effective and persuasive communicator in English, with strong skills in writing, editing, and visual presentation. (Knowledge of Chinese or Italian is a plus.)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic, fast-moving organization.
- A proactive self-starter with strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Open-minded and respectful of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
-User research
-Chinese market
-Global automotive landscape
-Luxury or premium brands
