Role: SAP AC Consultant
Location: Milan, Italy
Project Site: Hybrid (3 days)
Clients: Infosys
Project type: (6+ months with extension)
Responsibilities
:
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define reporting and Analytics requirements with the Italian team aligned with S/4HANA data structures and reports existing in the central S/4 core model owned by the central core team.
- Design and implement Analytics dashboards using live and import connections to S/4HANA.
- Support the migration project by validating data flows and ensuring reporting consistency between ECC and S/4 environments.
- Work closely with functional teams (FI/CO, Procurement, SD, MM, PM, etc.) to understand business processes and reporting needs.
- Ensure Perf and Analytics models are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Perform root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective measures to prevent future disruptions.
- Update/create documentation (functional Design, technical design, configuration design, etc) and support training to business users in Italian.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the proper functioning of integrations.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Preferred
- SAP certification in Perf and Analytics is a plus
- Having knowledge of Italian Language is Must
- Having Certification or Knowledge in SAP SAC module will be added advantage
- Experience in Utility Industry
- Exposure to working in Agile Methodology
