Infrastructure Technology Project Manager

Infrastructure Technology Project Manager:

In a highly dynamic and professional environment, PGMD Consulting, a company belonging to the TXT Group, is looking for an Infrastructure Technology Project Manager.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working on technological and ICT change projects focused on digitization, innovation, and security for the public administration and regional healthcare system, both in Lombardy and other regions of northern and central Italy.

Main responsibilities:

Planning and supervising cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migration projects;

Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues, ensuring that objectives are met and the service is efficient;

Facilitating project activities by acting as a key point of contact between project stakeholders;

Understanding customer needs and communicating requests to the work teams.

Technical skills required:

Knowledge of the ITIL and/or COBIT framework (ITIL Foundation certification or similar is desirable);

Knowledge of service and project management tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Sysaid);

Project planning and management skills;

Problem solving and risk management skills;

Previous experience in information systems or IT consulting.

The ideal candidate is a proactive person with good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Education: Diploma or degree in technical, scientific, engineering, or economics disciplines.
