The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Handle reservations and special requests with precision and professionalism, adhering to LQA standards.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and personalized service.
• Maximize revenue through strategic upselling of rooms, packages, and experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of booking details, payment information, and guest preferences.
• Resolve reservation-related issues efficiently to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Reservations role
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and distribution channels
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs / Opera
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and ambition to grow internationally
• Proficient in Italian and English, a third language would be an added advantage.
