Client Service

  • Establishes and reinforces relationships with key client personnel, primarily marketing, medical, and procurement teams
  • Proactively advises clients on new issues and the external environment
  • Takes responsibility for developing, budgeting, managing and finalizing client activity programs, ensuring these are delivered efficiently and to client objectives
  • Instigates and facilitates brainstorms/workshops to develop the strategic, tactical and creative direction of accounts

Financial Management

  • In conjunction with senior team members, ensures input into revenue forecasts with submissions based on sound financial trends and experience
  • Oversees and manages account/project resource (based on fee projections), profitability, forecasting and revenue to maximize growth opportunities
  • Takes responsibility for establishing and confirming financial arrangements with the client

Commercial Awareness And Business Development

  • Is responsible and accountable for securing and retaining business by providing professional, consultative, proactive and strategic support and ideas
  • Is aware of wider industry, client competitor strategies and market environment, and uses this knowledge to direct the account teams' work, in consultation with clients
  • Partners with other network providers accordingly, to help secure larger business wins

Team Management

  • Manage junior teams to optimize workflow and workload
