We offer innovative and effective ways of communication to our clients, building tailor-made strategies to increase brand awareness and creating new approaches to PR promotion, digital marketing, social media, and event management. The company has offices in Milan, London, New York, and Los Angeles.

Job Description

We are looking for a
Communications & PR Intern (curricular)
to support our team in updating and managing our database, while contributing to communication and public relations activities. The ideal candidate has a strong communication and PR mindset, combined with analytical skills and IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Update, maintain, and optimize the company's PR and contacts database
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regular reporting
  • Support PR and communication initiatives through data analysis and insights
  • Collaborate with communication, marketing, and external relations teams
  • Assist in audience segmentation, media lists, and stakeholder mapping
  • Contribute to process improvement related to data management and reporting

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current degree course in Public Relations, Communication, or Media Relations
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate IT skills, particularly with spreadsheets
  • Disposition to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Fluency in Italian and English; any other additional language is an asset.
  • Proactive and well-organized
  • Curious, analytical, and solution-oriented
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
