Sica Holding, azienda leader nell'immobiliare è alla ricerca di un Senior Campaign Manager per gestire le attività di sponsorizzazione online del ramo aziendale immobiliare.

La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Responsabile Marketing e il Project Manager di riferimento, con le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Pianificare, eseguire e ottimizzare campagne di acquisizione clienti attraverso tutte le piattaforme digitali
  • Verificare il corretto funzionamento dei codici di tracciamento ed apportare autonomamente eventuali modifiche
  • Analizzare i dati, valutare le performance, identificare i principali insight per migliorare le performance delle campagne
  • Realizzare report dettagliati da condividere con il team dedicato all'immobiliare per impostare future campagne di sponsorizzazione e permettere alla leadership di prendere decisioni strategiche.

Il candidato deve possedere i seguenti requisiti:

  • Comprovata esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel performance marketing, preferibilmente nel settore immobiliare
  • Aver già collaborato con realtà aziendali complesse o con agenzie pubblicitarie
  • Capacità di lavorare in ambiente dinamico, con capacità di adattarsi e individuare le giuste priorità
