Job Summary:
The Position holder is responsible for various tax tasks within the team, functions as an Intern, and assists in managing tax tasks within Europe, in particularly Albania, Israel and Italy. The positions report to the relevant Tax Manager. Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop extensive relationships with wider finance/Hub teams to enable good team working.
• Interface with Hub teams and with local tax consultant.
• Running reports in SAP/Lawson/Oracle and if required account analysis
• To support in WHT and VAT exemption requests for Israel and Albania
• Responsible for monthly analysis for EU Mandatory Disclosure Regime reporting.
• Monitor intercompany agreements and help to prepare new agreements as needed.
• Maintain tax residency certificate lists and manage renewal process
• To support digital archiving of tax documents
• Ad hoc requests
Essential Requirements:
• Currently living in Pescara
•
Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of accounting terms
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economic and Business
