Job Description

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized
Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist
to plan, execute, and manage influencer collaborations across multiple platforms, affiliation programs and digital campaigns. This role will be responsible for identifying high-potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating partnerships, launching influencer and digital campaigns, monitoring performance based on defined KPIs, having periodical updates with company agencies at WEU level for strategic alignments and reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure that marketing activities align with brand strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Digital PR and Influencer Marketing strategies to support product launches, brand campaigns, and always-on digital communication.

·
Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential creators and KOLs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and emerging social platforms.

·
Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and content partners.

·
Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, creative coordination, content review, approval processes, and final delivery.

Develop affiliation programs collaborating closely with dedicated agencies

Collaborate with local marketing teams and WEU agencies to optimize SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Work closely with Marketing teams at both local and WEU level to integrate influencer activities into broader communication and Digital PR plans.

Support the E-commerce team in driving traffic and sales through creator-driven campaigns and affiliate programs.

Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and maximizing return on investment.

·
Stay up to date on social media trends, platform evolutions, and competitor strategies to continually optimize influencer effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital campaign execution (preferably in consumer electronics, tech, or lifestyle brands).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems in Italy.
• Experience working with influencer management tools, analytics platforms, and social media insights.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and KPI-oriented thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
