Aeroviaggi Spa, opera nell'industria del turismo dal 1973 come uno dei primi Hotel Owner and Operator. Il Gruppo, proprietario del brand "Mangia's, Resorts by the sea", gestisce direttamente i propri Resort e Club, in totale 13 proprietà tra Sicilia e Sardegna, ed è in grado di garantire un'offerta totalmente integrata: trasporto aereo, trasferimenti, soggiorno, ristorazione, intrattenimento, escursioni ed esperienze locali.
Descrizione della posizione
In vista della stagione 2024, siamo alla ricerca di un giovane e motivato Front Office Manager da inserire nel nostro prestigioso Resort di Marmorata sito nella splendida cornice di Santa Teresa Gallura .
La risorsa prescelta si occuperà in particolare di:
- Coordinare tutte le attività della Reception
- Assicurare un soggiorno piacevole a tutti gli ospiti tramite lo sviluppo di relazioni e l'anticipazione dei bisogni, conquistarne la fedeltà tramite la costruzione di esperienze di soggiorno di valore
- Partecipare alla selezione del personale del Front Office
- Gestire e motivare il team del Ricevimento per assicurare alti standard di servizio e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi del reparto
- Pianificare e gestire i turni dei propri collaboratori
- Verificare che le informazioni sullo stato delle stanze siano comunicate correttamente
- Risolvere i problemi degli ospiti in modo rapido, cortese ed efficiente
- Eseguire il controllo di cassa alla fine di ogni turno
- Condurre regolarmente riunioni col personale del Front Office
- Monitorare il livello di soddisfazione della clientela e prendere le misure appropriate
- Garantire la registrazione e la consegna di tutti i messaggi, pacchetti e posta in modo tempestivo e professionale
- Mantenere un sistema di archiviazione organizzato e completo con documentazione degli acquisti, voucher, orari, previsioni, report e log di monitoraggio.
Requisiti
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo ( minimo due anni )
- Conoscenza fluente del francese e dell' inglese
- Capacità relazionali e comunicative
- Propensione al problem solving
- Precisione e cura per i dettagli
- Elevato orientamento al cliente, al servizio e alla qualità
- La conoscenza del PMS Opera sarà considerato requisito preferenziale
