Reliability Engineer
motivato e competente da inserire nel nostro team. Il candidato ideale si occuperà della definizione e dell'esecuzione dei piani di affidabilità, analizzando i dati per garantire i massimi standard qualitativi richiesti dal mercato dei semiconduttori, con un focus specifico sul settore
Automotive
.
Il ruolo richiede una forte autonomia operativa, una mentalità orientata alla sicurezza e la capacità di collaborare efficacemente con i laboratori di Failure Analysis.
Responsabilità e Attività Principali
- Pianificazione e Ottimizzazione:
Definizione e fine-tuning dei Reliability Plan per i prodotti in sviluppo. - Esecuzione dei Test:
Monitoraggio e gestione dei test di affidabilità, interfacciandosi con fornitori di sistemi di test (Oven/Equipment) come
ELES e EDA
. - Analisi dei Dati:
Analisi statistica e analisi del "drift" (pre e post stress) a seguito di cicli termici, HAST e HTOL, utilizzando tool aziendali o software specifici come
JMP
. - Problem Solving:
Supporto attivo alla risoluzione dei problemi, dalla richiesta di Failure Analysis (FA) fino alla stesura completa di report

. - Collaborazione Tecnica:
Interazione con il team per garantire che i requisiti di affidabilità siano integrati fin dalle prime fasi del ciclo di vita del prodotto.
Requisiti Tecnici e Qualifiche
- Formazione:
Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, Scienza dei Materiali o discipline affini. - Esperienza:
Almeno 2–3 anni di esperienza maturata nel settore dei semiconduttori. - Competenze Core:
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'affidabilità dei semiconduttori e dei requisiti
AEC-Q100
. - Solida base statistica applicata alla qualità.
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie
BCD
(Mixed-signal fino a 100V, es. tecnologia 0.18µm) e dell'elettronica analogica. - Laboratorio:
Capacità di utilizzo della strumentazione di base (microscopio ottico, oscilloscopio, ecc.). - Lingue:
Ottima conoscenza della lingua
inglese
(livello fluent).
Completano il profilo del candidato ideale:
- Mindset:
Forte orientamento alla sicurezza e agli standard qualitativi Automotive. - Attitudine:
Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e spirito orientato al servizio e al lavoro di squadra. - Plus:
Esperienza nel debugging hardware e di schede PCB.
