Company Description:

AnalogLab is an award-winning furniture, lighting, and product design studio based in Milan, Italy. After more than 2.5 years of intensive work, we've completed a wide range of comprehensive furniture and lighting collections, in addition to strategy, branding and design projects. We've had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional talent, and we're now looking to welcome new designers into our team. At AnalogLab, we focus on creating winning concepts our clients and we are focused daily on the quality of our work rather than seeking "fame". As a part of this plan we've kept a low profile on social media. As we move into 2026, we're planning to expand into new projects across both physical and digital products and experiences.

Role Description:

This is a design position for a Furniture, Lighting, and Product Designer. The chosen designer(s) will join our team to help develop innovative concepts, conduct design research, and collaborate closely with colleagues to create both functional and visually compelling pieces. Responsibilities include strategy, concept development, drafting and prototyping, contributing to visual presentations, and supporting final project delivery. This is a hybrid role based in Milan, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications:


• Proficiency in sketching (yes, we still highly value it), concept ideation, benchmarking, and research


• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino, Blender, and Keyshot (Grasshopper, V-Ray, and AutoCAD are a plus)


• Experience or formal training in furniture, lighting, or product design


• Fluent or conversational in English – Italian


• Must have residency or legal working status in Italy


• Curious and comfortable working across a wide range of projects


• Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities


• Good communication and teamwork skills


• Degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field
