R&D Design Specialist
based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the technical development of custom furniture products, from concept to production;
  • Design and develop detailed technical solutions (CAD drawings, renderings, prototyping);
  • Collaborate with and manage external suppliers and partners to ensure project execution;
  • Conduct frequent business trips for supplier meetings, site visits, and production follow-up.

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Degree in Product Design or similar fields;
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus;
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the luxury sector or related fields (interior design, hospitality, high-end real estate);
  • Excellent design skills and in-depth knowledge of materials and their practical applications;
  • Availability to conduct site visits and manage off-site projects;
