  • clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.);
  • human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology);
  • school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy).

Posizione:

Giunti is part of the Giunti Psychometrics Group and a fast-growing Edtech scaleup and market leader in digital education for psychologists and mental health professionals in Italy. Join us and help bring structure and operational excellence to our complex, multi-team organization.

We are looking for a Project Manager to enhance execution, prioritization, and delivery across Content, IT, Marketing, and Operations. This position reports directly to the CEO.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple teams.
  • Implement and run an operational framework (the primary tool is currently Jira).
  • Monitor project progress and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Report directly to the CEO on operational performance.
  • Drive process improvement and deliver efficiency across the organization.

What we expect in the first 3–6 months:

  • Clearer prioritization across the organization.
  • Reduced delivery times.
  • Better resource allocation between teams.
  • Clear and shared operational reporting.

Requisiti:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Project or Operations Manager.
  • Experience in digital, startup, or scaleup environments.
  • Strong experience with Jira (or similar tools).
  • Interest or experience in education/edtech.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
  • Commitment to innovation, respect for diversity, sustainability, and service excellence
