We are seeking a Platform Senior Specialist to join our Product Division in Milan. The role is critical to the growth and evolution of our digital generosity platforms (promotions, rewards, loyalty) across multiple international markets and brands

Your role:
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with proven experience in managing business systems, digital platforms and complex projects. The ideal candidate combines a strong business vision with a high-level technical understanding, and a strong passion for online and digital technologies

What you'll do:
As a Platform Senior Specialist, within the Product Platform Management team, you will lead critical initiatives shaping the evolution of our digital Promotion & Loyalty platform:

• Acting as Product Owner for the digital generosity platforms (promotions, rewards, loyalty) of Flutter SEA, for one or more Flutter Group brands (Sisal, PokerStars, Snai, Millipiyango, MDJS)
• Defining and leading platform roadmap and delivery strategy, prioritizing the backlog, building a scalable ecosystem that supports the growth of multiple markets (Italy, Turkey, Morocco, France, Spain, Portugal)
• Coordinating and monitoring project execution, ensuring on-time and high- quality delivery
• Partnering with local and international business units to introduce new product capabilities that enhance brand competitiveness and continuous value delivery
• Managing engagement with business, IT, external partners, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment
• Overseeing governance and issue resolution, working closely with IT and bridging communication between business and technical teams
• Providing insights for decision making through data analysis for executive reporting
• Supporting platform adoption by designing, organizing and running training sessions for local and international users teams

What you'll bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (platform management, product management or digital project management in online businesses)
• Master Degree
• Strong background in project management (including in-depth knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies) and digital platforms, preferably in multi-country or complex organizational contexts
• Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate project progress and identify areas for improvement. Capability to measure and understand the benefits that platforms and projects are bringing to the business
• Ability to combine business – driven approach with a high-level technical perspective
• Excellent stakeholder management, with experience engaging both business and IT teams and managing expectations and proactively resolving issues
• Passion for online business model and emerging digital technologies
• Fluency in English; Italian and/or other European language (French, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
• Tools (nice to have): experience with Service Now, familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms, knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools; exposure to AI-related projects (recommendation systems, automation features, …)
