GEOMETRA - PERMETTING

Stiamo cercando un Geometra con esperienza nel permitting per supportare le attività autorizzative legate allo sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici (a tetto e terra). La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Team Tecnico e si PM contribuendo alla realizzazione degli impianti.

RESPONSABILITA'

  • Gestione delle pratiche autorizzative per impianti fotovoltaici
  • predisposizione e presentazione di eventuali allegati a pratiche edilizie e paesaggistiche a Comuni e Regioni e Soprintendenze ed altri enti pubblici
  • Coordinamento con tecnici, studi professionali e consulenti
  • Supporto al Team di PM
  • Monitoraggio dello stato delle pratiche autorizzative

REQUISITI

  • Diploma di Geometra
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore energia o edilizia e nel permitting
  • Familiarità con la normativa di riferimento e gli iter autorizzativi per impianti di energia rinnovabile
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio

Utilizzo di AUTODESK, ARCHICAD, Piattaforma Microsoft
