Role

The Project Manager and the Project & Construction Manager play a strategic role in the governance of complex engineering and architectural projects, ensuring effective integration of disciplines, compliance with technical standards, and alignment with project objectives.

In this role, the successful candidate will support the delivery of large-scale projects, contributing experience in technical coordination, project monitoring, and decision-making within multidisciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the multidisciplinary design team the Project Manager and Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and manage the various design phases, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards;
  • Prepare and update design documentation and progress reports;
  • Manage design variations and define corrective solutions;
  • Supervise multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients, public authorities, and technical partners;
  • Monitor project progress and prepare project reporting;
  • Support management in strategic planning and project control;
  • Ensure the correct application of technical regulations and internal procedures.

Technical Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture;
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in design and technical coordination roles within engineering companies or design firms;
  • Excellent knowledge of technical regulations and public and private procurement procedures;
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and complex team management skills;
  • Good IT skills (MS Project, Office, design software);
  • Knowledge of the English language (preferably B2 level or higher).
