You will be part of a fast paced tax technology and innovation Hub, part of the BIP group.

BIP Law & Tax is the tax and legal arm of the BIP group, one of the fastest growing technology consulting practices in Europe. It was born to offer a new approach to providing tax and legal services, integrating technical competences with technology and innovation. xTax is the service offering within BIP Law & Tax that covers a wide range of tax technology, transformation and innovation services.

We work with some of the largest domestic and international clients supporting them throught all the phases of their growth, end to end.

You will work closely with industry leaders that have gained remarkable experience by working in Big 4 professional services and in house, and will contribute to the creation of this service offering and the success of BIP Law & Tax in the market.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Transfer Pricing Senior Associate
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop advanced skills and grow professionally, being involved in:

• Global transfer pricing documentation projects, leveraging dedicated tools and platforms.
• Automation and digitalization initiatives related to transfer pricing policies within clients' data, processes, and systems.
• Economic and financial analyses supporting the definition and assessment of group policies.
• Strategic advisory on intercompany transactions and relationships, with exposure to national and international clients.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Economics or related fields.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in reputable professional firms or consulting companies, specializing in Transfer Pricing.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AI-based tools.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and a quality‑oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset when working with teams and clients.
• Excellent command of English (required level: C1).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) is considered a plus.
