Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Lake Como property for a professional and dedicated Bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining the bar area. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with guests to provide personalized experiences, handling cash transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and inviting bar environment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to create a welcoming experience for guests.
  • Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation with a focus on quality and creativity.
  • Experience in Cash Handling and managing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Italian, are highly desirable.
  • A professional attitude and appearance with attention to detail.
