Ricerchiamo un
Senior Planner / Project Controller
con esperienza pluriennale nella pianificazione, controllo e monitoraggio di progetti complessi in ambito
energy, oil & gas, power generation o

Responsabilità principali

  • Sviluppo, aggiornamento e monitoraggio di piani di progetto complessi mediante
    Primavera P6
    .
  • Elaborazione e gestione della
    WBS
    , definizione sequenze attività, dipendenze e milestones.
  • Analisi avanzata del
    critical path
    e dei rischi connessi alla schedule.
  • Preparazione dei report di avanzamento, KPI e dashboard direzionali.
  • Coordinamento continuo con Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement e Construction.
  • Gestione della documentazione di progetto relativa alla pianificazione e controllo.
  • Supporto alle attività di forecast e change management.
  • Partecipazione a riunioni di progetto interne ed esterne (progress meeting).
  • Contributo alla definizione delle strategie di recupero ritardi (recovery plan).

Requisiti richiesti

  • Laurea in
    Ingegneria
    (Gestionale, Meccanica, Energetica, Civile o equivalente).
  • Esperienza pluriennale (min. 5-7 anni)
    nella funzione di Planner/Project Controller in contesti industriali complessi.
  • Conoscenza approfondita e utilizzo avanzato di
    Primavera P6
    (obbligatorio).
  • Esperienza consolidata in settori
    Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities o Impiantistica
    .
  • Competenza nella redazione e gestione della WBS e nella pianificazione EPC/EPCM.
  • Conoscenza dei processi di
    Project Control
    : scheduling, cost control, risk analysis, progress measurement

Plus graditi

  • Esperienza in contesti EPC/EPCM.
  • Conoscenza software di cost control (es. MS Project, SAP, Ecosys).
  • Familiarità con standard PMI o certificazioni (PMP/PMI-SP).
