Nel ruolo di Rettificatore di Macchine Tradizionali e CNC per le nostre linee di rettifica, lavorerai su macchine utensili tradizionali e a controllo numerico (CNC) per la finitura di componenti meccanici di alta precisione, destinati principalmente al settore aerospaziale. La tua esperienza nell'uso delle macchine e la tua attenzione ai dettagli saranno fondamentali per mantenere i più alti standard di sicurezza, qualità, consegna e costo (SQDC), con la sicurezza come priorità assoluta.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities

  • Eseguire lavorazioni di rettifica su particolari metallici utilizzando macchine tradizionali e CNC.
  • Impostare, programmare e gestire macchinari CNC interpretando disegni meccanici e istruzioni di lavoro.
  • Utilizzare strumenti di misura (calibri, micrometri, ecc.) per controllare la conformità dei pezzi alle tolleranze richieste.
  • Mantenere gli standard qualitativi richiesti, assicurando la precisione dimensionale e la finitura superficiale dei pezzi.
  • Effettuare la manutenzione ordinaria delle macchine (lubrificazione, pulizia) e segnalare eventuali anomalie.
  • Gestire il corretto smaltimento dei rifiuti e mantenere l'area di lavoro pulita e ordinata.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Diploma tecnico o Qualifica Professionale con comprovata esperienza lavorativa nella mansione
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di rettificatrici
  • Ottima capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico
  • Utilizzo negli strumenti di misura (calibri, micrometri, ecc.) per controllare la conformità dei pezzi alle tolleranze richieste.
  • Conoscenza base del linguaggio di programmazione CNC
  • Buona manualità e precisione
  • Capacità di lavorare in team
  • Attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla qualità.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su 3 turni e/o nel weekend
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e base della lingua inglese
  • Visto lavorativo in conformità con la regolamentazione locale
