As an International Service Technician in the Labels & Flexible Packaging segment, you will travel around the world to visit our customers and support them with new installations of our machines and technical problems. You will also ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during application training sessions. At the same time, you are the contact person and interface for all internal areas such as development, engineering, assembly, technical documentation and the demo center.

Main tasks:

• Carrying out service assignments (installation/customer briefing, repair assignments, maintenance, updates) worldwide
• Telephone and remote support for fast and efficient problem solving and support of our service partners worldwide
• Documentation of service assignments (installation documentation, service reports, travel reports, entry in the software-supporting tools, etc.)
• Collaboration in the other service areas (telephone service, training courses/technical documentation)
• Technical meetings and interface with internal departments

Profile:

• Completion of a technical secondary school, vocational school (electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics) or comparable professional experience
• Enthusiasm for technology and overall technical understanding
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 50% per year)
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Competence and pleasure in dealing with customers
• Presentation skills are an advantage
