- Coordinating all activities necessary to control the quality of production. In particular, managing product quality requirements for individual customers and projects, ensuring that requirements are understood and implemented
- Continuously reviewing quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to advocate for the most cost-effective and efficient methods to meet quality requirements and making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Reviewing customer quality control requirements and ensuring project quality control documentation meets contractual requirements
- Coordinating and supervising the daily operations of personnel carrying out checks, so as to provide a safe, secure and efficient working environment, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are operated safely, all physical assets are maintained, stored and organized to allow efficient and effective operation
- Guaranteeing the application of the certifications obtained by the company, both in relation to products and processes
- Management of ISO 9001 certification audits and implementation of global procedures
Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- From 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferably in the glass sector or industries with continuous cycle production systems, experience in team management
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
- Knowledge of ISO certifications
- Possession of Six Sigma certifications, knowledge of Minitab, FMEA and 8D
- Leadership skills, problem solving, results orientation, flexibility
- SAP knowledge
- ISO 9001 internal auditor
