The Cavallino Maranello (MO) team is looking for a
Pastry Commis de Partie
to join our brigade.

Responsibilities

• The Pastry Commis de Partie is responsible for executing basic pastry preparations.
• Works as part of a team alongside other pastry staff and the Pastry Chef, contributing to the creation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
• Assists with mise en place specific to the pastry section (preparing doughs, creams, fillings, and garnishes).
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of their workstation and contributes to overall kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience in pastry, preferably within a fine dining or high-end environment.
• Excellent knowledge of basic pastry techniques and preparations.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with the team.
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
• International experience will be considered a plus.
