General Tasks:

  • Supporto qualità e assemblaggio per il monitoraggio e il prelievo dei campioni in caso di problematiche e per il miglioramento delle performance delle macchine;

  • Esecuzione prove di processabilità sulle macchine di assemblaggio per modifiche su prodotti esistenti e nuovi prodotti;

  • Stesura della reportistica delle prove;

  • Supporto nelle indagini per la gestione dei reclami cliente;

  • Esecuzione report di produzione;

  • Implementazione di attività di miglioramento dei processi in assemblaggio;

  • Stesura documentazione per il reparto assemblaggio (ad es. SOP/OPL);

  • Utilizzo strumentazione base di laboratorio per le analisi sui campioni di assemblaggio.

Special Tasks:

  • Realizzazione test e archiviazione dati per audit di prodotto

  • Supporto alla validazione di nuove macchine in assemblaggio.

Job experience / Knowledge:

Conoscenza del disegno tecnico e dei principali strumenti di misura

Conoscenza del prodotto e delle sue logiche di assemblaggio

Conoscenza delle principali strumentazioni di laboratorio

Conoscenza delle procedure GMP

Conoscenza dei principi di Lean Manufacturing

Conoscenza della normativa in essere in materia di ambiente e sicurezza e degli obblighi previsti dal D.Lgs. 81/08 e smi

Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word…)
