Congress-Event Project Manager

The Congress-Event Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing national and international corporate healthcare events.

They work closely with clients to determine their needs and objectives and then develop a plan to ensure that the event meets these goals.

The ideal candidate will have four years of experience managing medical-scientific events from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate potential risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Fluent English is required for this position.

CVENT knowledge will strongly facilitate.

Responsibilities

·     Plan, direct and oversee national and international events and corporate projects completion

·     Develop a plan of action, including a schedule, budget, resources and work plan

·     Assess risks and establish contingency plans

·     Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders and vendors

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory for this role
  • Four years of previous experience in events and congresses management is mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Italian
  • Experience working and managing a team
