Job Description:
ICT P&S and Circular Economy Governance, Analytics, Transformation and Insights team is a very active team which offers the possibility to work cross processes both with business and ICT.
Main responsibilities are portfolio management, convergence and strategic roadmaps monitoring in sync with business Want to Be, budget and key KPIs control, Data, analytics, AI and Gen AI initiatives roadmap and strategy, ICT transformation with Move To cloud, obsolescence reduction, application simplifications, vendor and contracts transformation, security and SOX compliance, ITSM processes monitoring and implementation.
Aftersales in Stellantis has the needs to define a strategy to collect all needed data from Dealers, following regulations, DPO rules, in sync with overall DMSs' strategy, with current services and landscape and with new proposed solutions.

Key responsibilities:
Being the lead in defining Dealer Data Collection strategy between Stellantis and DMS for PS and CE, proposing data model, solutions design and roadmap to support various initiatives already on going and others still to be started. Work in sync with ICT S&M DMSs' team to define and follow common strategy. Collaborate with all needed stakeholders' both business and ICT analyzing current proposed solutions, evaluating pro and cons and leasing with all main initiatives, especially the Single Repairer Portal with Digital Job Card and vehicles 360°
Monitor and control from progress and budget standpoint all initiatives connected to this scope and to other data scope


Profile

Qualifications:
Master's degree in information technology, Information Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering or other similar degree
Experience in Program Management
Experience in cross area Programs
Experience in Data modelling, Analytics and Reporting
Experience on system integration and possibly dealers' integrations
Experience as business analyst
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different ICT and Business departments in a multicultural environment
Very good English level both in writing and speaking
French or Italian languages are a plus (based on where the resource is located, at least one of the two languages is not the mother tongue)
Knowledge of basics security and Privacy regulation and EE laws related to data management is a plus
Ability to work with legal and DPO departments to check data compliance explaining ICT needs
Good knowledge related to Dealers' data management and sharing them with the Company
Good DMS integration knowledge
