Role

In a stimulating professional environment focused on excellence and characterized by integrated workflows between modeling, design, and construction, we at TEKNE, a leading player in the Italian engineering sector, are looking for a technical profile with BIM expertise to join the Structures Department.

The selected candidate will be involved in BIM modeling and 3D drafting activities for structural and geotechnical works, operating within an integrated workflow that connects design, BIM, and construction, offering concrete opportunities for technical and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • BIM modeling of structural and geotechnical works;
  • 3D drafting and management of information models across different design stages;
  • Coordination, updating, and development of BIM models;
  • Operational support to the structural design team;
  • Contribution to the development of BIM methodologies, standards, and internal R&D activities related to digital processes.

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma with BIM specialization;
  • 1–3 years of experience in structural or infrastructure BIM modeling;
  • Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit;
  • Knowledge of Tekla Structures, Allplan, or AutoCAD is considered a plus;
  • Strong understanding of information modeling principles and data management (LOD, IFC, interdisciplinary coordination).
Additional Skills
  • Methodical approach, accuracy, and aptitude for technical research;
  • Strong interest in digital modeling and technological innovation;
  • Teamworking attitude and quality-oriented mindset.

  • Work location: Milan.
  • Full-time, on-site position.
