Operations LeadershipLead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for life sciences facilities, excluding HVAC systemsOversee processing of work order tickets through first-level support systems and coordinate repair implementations via external contractorsEnsure compliance with FDA, GMP, and other regulatory standards specific to life sciences environmentsSupport space management activities using CAFM tools and provide operational assistance for pest control programsManage facility renovations, refurbishments, and small infrastructure projects while maintaining operational continuityTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and develop technical team members, providing coaching and performance managementDrive change management initiatives and process improvements within the technical operations teamFoster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solvingIdentify and implement new service offerings and business opportunities for the accountQuality & Compliance ManagementMaintain adherence to JLL safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental guidelinesEnsure all maintenance activities comply with life sciences industry regulations and client SOPsDocument and report on maintenance activities, compliance metrics, and system performanceParticipate in audits and regulatory inspections as requiredRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceTechnical education/certification in facilities management, engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of industrial facility management experience, preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environmentsDemonstrated experience in both hands-on maintenance work and supervisory rolesProject management experience with facility maintenance and infrastructure projectsTechnical CompetenciesComprehensive knowledge of building systems, mechanical repair, and general maintenance practicesProficiency with CAFM systems and maintenance management softwareAdvanced MS Office skills and SAP experience preferredUnderstanding of life sciences regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA guidelines) strongly preferredLeadership & Professional SkillsProven team leadership and people management capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with ability to interface with clients and stakeholdersStrong change management and organizational
