ManpowerGroup ricerca, per una realtà leader nel settore acqua, energia, illuminazione e trattamento rifiuti, un\a CAPO COMMESSA.

La figura si occuperà di gestire le commesse, legate a realizzazione di opere pubbliche e/o alla Direzione Lavori.

Le principali attività riguardano:

  • collaborare con il progettista per definire le scelte progettuali e la cantierizzazione;

  • programmare e gestire le commesse assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze ed il loro avanzamento tecnico economico;

  • analizzare il cronoprogramma della commessa, riprogrammando le attività in funzione dell'avanzamento dei lavori;

  • assicurare il coordinamento delle attività delle diverse imprese e fornitori coinvolti nella realizzazione dell'opera;

  • gestire i Responsabili Coordinamento Cantiere;

  • programmare gli approvvigionamenti di materiali e attrezzature;

  • pianificare le risorse in funzione delle commesse in corso d'opera;

  • gestire i fornitori e le ditte esecutrici;

  • redigere piano controllo qualità;

  • controllare costi e produttività di cantiere e predisporre e redigere la rendicontazione aziendale;

  • verificare contabilità commessa nel ciclo attivo e passivo;

  • controllare gli obblighi in materia di sicurezza e ambiente;

  • controllare che i lavori siano eseguiti secondo quanto previsto dal progetto esecutivo e dal capitolato di appalto;

  • gestire i rapporti con la Committenza e con gli enti autorizzatori;

  • vigilare in merito alla corretta gestione da parte delle ditte appaltatrici degli aspetti ambientali significativi e della normativa ambientale applicabile alla specifica commessa;

Requisiti:

  • esperienza acquisita nel settore delle costruzioni per un periodo non inferiore a cinque anni;

  • esperienza acquisita nel settore degli appalti pubblici.

Orari di lavoro: full-time giornaliero.

Sede di lavoro: Termoli (CB).
