We are looking for a
Junior Field Service Technician
to join through an apprenticeship contract in the Measurement Intelligence industry for Gas Analysis Solutions, within the Process Automation area.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge
As a Junior Field Service Technician, you will embark on a hands-on learning journey in a highly technological environment. Through direct experience and dedicated mentoring, you will:

  • Support the installation, configuration, and on-site maintenance our Analyzer Systems
  • Assist the team in the management of long-term service contracts for major industrial plants
  • Learn how to diagnose, repair, and test Siemens Continuous Gas Analysis (CGA) solutions
  • Gain exposure to customer interaction, field troubleshooting, and advanced instrumentation with the possibility to cooperate with the Local and European field support team

Main training activities:

  • Best practices for system setup, maintenance, and repairs for Analytical systems
  • Techniques for preventive maintenance and performance optimization
  • Use of technical documentation and service reports
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and compliance

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or Higher Technical Institute Diploma (ITS) or equivalent
  • Age requirements for Italian apprenticeship contract (less than 30 years of age)
  • Willingness to travel (with supervision)
  • Team working attitude and proactivity
  • Driver's License
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both writing and speaking
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
