Siamo alla ricerca di un Calibration Engineer che contribuisca allo sviluppo, ottimizzazione e validazione dei parametri di controllo per applicazioni powertrain avanzate. Il ruolo è centrale nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance, emissioni, consumi e guidabilità, garantendo affidabilità anche in cicli di lavoro gravosi e conformità alle principali normative internazionali (EU Stage V, EPA Tier 4 Final, IMO Tier III).

Cosa farai:

  • Sviluppo e ottimizzazione delle mappe di calibrazione (coppia, iniezione, pressione rail, boost, EGR, temperature ATS).
  • Bilanciamento tra prestazioni, emissioni, consumi e risposta transiente.
  • Pianificazione ed esecuzione test su banchi prova motore/dinamometri e in test di campo.
  • Validazione di emissioni e durata a lungo termine secondo ISO 8178, NRSC/NRTC.
  • Calibrazione e integrazione dei sistemi aftertreatment (DOC, DPF, SCR, ASC).
  • Supporto allo sviluppo software e controlli (CAN J1939, NMEA 2000, OBD).
  • Collaborazione con team meccanico, combustione, aftertreatment, certificazione e controllo qualità.
  • Redazione report tecnici, gestione versioning e presentazione risultati a stakeholder interni ed OEM.

Requisiti:

Formazione

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Automobilistica, Energetica o equivalente.

Esperienza

  • 3–5 anni in calibrazione powertrain o testing motore.
  • Preferenza per background Off-Highway / Industrial / Marine.

Competenze tecniche

  • Ottima conoscenza di combustione, sovralimentazione, iniezione e ATS.
  • Uso di tool di calibrazione (INCA, CANape, Vision, Creta).
  • Conoscenza normative emissioni Stage V / Tier 4 Final / IMO III.
  • Data analysis (AVL Concerto, MATLAB, Python, Excel).
  • Conoscenza comunicazioni CAN e diagnostica OBD.

Plus

  • Conoscenza ISO Functional Safety) e ISO Cybersecurity).
  • Esperienza con GT-Power, Simulink, HiL, AVL PUMA/HORIBA.

Soft skills

  • Proattività, problem solving e autonomia.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di teamwork.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte per testing e supporto clienti.
  • Italiano e Inglese livello C1.
