YOUR CHALLENGES

As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic partner and one of the pioneers in HR for our transport and warehouse organizations. Advising, facilitating and coaching are roles that are central to you. Not only will you ensure excellent business alignment in the implementation of the various HR processes, but you will also build lasting relationships with your internal stakeholders.

• As a strategic HR partner, you contribute to the realization of the organizational goals and you coach, as it were, the business unit, the operations as well as the managers, fully committed to their leadership development

• You will advise and assist managers regarding various HR issues ranging from inflow, promotion to outflow, absenteeism policy, wellbeing, integration of acquisitions and changes in the organizational structure

• You proactively participate in HR projects that add value to the business. As a result, we succeed in taking H.Essers' HR policy to a higher level within a fast-growing company that is fully committed to internationalization

• Finally, you have excellent dialogue and cooperation with the social partners, and you always keep a helicopter view of your internal customers, so that synergies do not escape your attention

In this role, you will be part of the HR team, consisting of about 50 top colleagues, spread over the departments: Talent Development, HR Shared Service Center, HRIS & Talent Engagement. To keep your HR projects running smoothly, teamwork is an absolute must

In this role, you will report to the Head of HR Operations.
