System Analysis Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining procedures and methodologies to perform RCA related to cable systems, including high-voltage (HV) cables and their accessories.
This role requires a hands-on approach to forensic analysis and support for inspections and qualifications of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct operative and hands-on forensic analysis, following all phases meticulously.
- Support inspections and qualifications of new products in collaboration with internal and external customers.
- Assist with RCA processes in both plant locations and headquarters.
- Utilize statistical analysis theory and software to support RCA activities.
- Operate and maintain analytical laboratory equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis theory and proficiency with relevant software.
- Experience with analytical laboratory equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with high-voltage (HV) cable systems and their accessories.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
