Job Description

All'interno del Project Management Team, il/la Lead Project Engineer Assistant (LPE) è responsabile dell'integrità tecnica del progetto, nel rispetto dei tempi e dei costi stabiliti dal Project Manager. Nel controllare e garantire il raggiungimento delle prestazioni complessive del prodotto nave, la risorsa deve sempre operare secondo le direttive del Project Manager, fornendo la "direzione tecnica" necessaria per realizzare gli obiettivi del progetto.

Attività

In particolare, la risorsa, si occuperà di:

  • Presidiare i Piani Generali, definire il piano di modifica, approvarli/emetterli assicurando il rispetto della configurazione Nave;
  • Gestire gli scostamenti progettuali, siano essi interni o esterni (richieste di modifica dalla Società Armatrice) e monitorarne l'andamento verificando l'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e promuovendo azioni di recupero;
  • Presidiare la risoluzione degli scostamenti vs. i Piani di Commessa, coordinare la risoluzione dei temi che coinvolgono più enti/funzioni;
  • Assistere lo Stabilimento nella gestione dei defect e remarks;
  • Monitorare con tutto il Team l'andamento dei Piani di Miglioramento e proporre azioni correttive.

Requisiti

Fondamentali

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Navale o Meccanica;
  • Esperienza lavorativa pregressa di almeno 2 anni, maturata in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in aziende operanti per commessa e del settore navale;
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi navali, degli impianti e dei macchinari, nonché della relativa documentazione tecnica;
  • Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata;
  • Capacità di utilizzo di Excel e buon livello di conoscenza di SAP.
