The Opportunity:

In this role, you will work closely together with the HC Generalist and the HC Manager on a day to day basis on various topics such as employee relations, operational support across employee life cycle and performing daily HC department operations. As part of SEE Region, the HC Milan team manages also the Athens office. Initially, this role is mainly focused on Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in the operational HR management
  • Master data entry into the HRIS system (Workday)
  • Maintain personnel employee files, archive personnel documents in company shared folders
  • Attendances management in cooperation with Talent Management/HC Generalist and Payroll Provider
  • Organizing monthly Onboarding of new hires and supporting HC Generalist with offboarding process
  • Internships operational management
  • Enrolling new colleagues in benefit plan (insurances, wellbeing)
  • Supporting in the payment process of invoices related to HC operation through the dedicated company platform, monitoring the related deadlines.
  • Client-oriented advice and support for our employees in Human Resources related matters

Your Qualifications:

  • First working experience in the Human Resources/Operations function
  • Data entry experience, ideally with an HR Information System
  • Master degree in HR field or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team
  • Strong attention to detail, consistently demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English as this is an international role
