Smartbox is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Intern for the EU markets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our marketplace activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the ecommerce industry, particularly within pureplay environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily order checks to ensure compliance with marketplace Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaise with Smartbox customer service teams to ensure all customer queries are promptly addressed.
  • Coordinate with various marketplaces to finalize operations and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to keep product content current on all marketplaces.
  • Understand and monitor Smartbox tools and systems, including Lengow, Babelway, and Power BI.
  • Provide support to the Pureplay Key Account Manager (KAM) in daily operations, including crafting presentations and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis
  • Background in performance marketing
  • Strong interest in marketplaces and ecommerce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and French
  • A first-level university degree
