Per un importante cliente del settore Automotive, ricerchiamo un Functional Safety Manager con esperienza nella norma ISO La risorsa contribuirà alla definizione, verifica e implementazione delle attività di sicurezza funzionale all'interno del ciclo di sviluppo, collaborando con team di ingegneria, qualità e clienti finali.

Mansioni

  • Definire, verificare e testare i requisiti di sicurezza in conformità alla ISO 26262;
  • Contribuire alla definizione dell'architettura di sicurezza dei sistemi;
  • Guidare attività di verifica, validazione e testing delle funzionalità safety;
  • Redigere e gestire la documentazione di sicurezza (safety manual, safety case, note applicative);
  • Condurre e/o supportare analisi di sicurezza quali HARA, FMEA/DFMEA, FTA, FMEDA;
  • Supportare audit, assessment e revisioni tecniche con clienti e valutatori;
  • Interfacciarsi con i team tecnici per garantire l'allineamento tra requisiti, implementazione e normative;
  • Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi di sicurezza e alle pratiche di conformità interna.

Competenze richieste

Requisiti

  • Esperienza consolidata in Functional Safety (ISO 26262);
  • 1–2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Safety Engineer/Safety Manager in ambito Automotive;
  • Conoscenza pratica dei principali metodi di analisi della sicurezza (HARA, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA);
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e buone capacità comunicative;
  • Familiarità con processi di verifica e validazione, safety documentation e attività di assessment;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e orientamento alla qualità.
