Your new position
We are hiring a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to accelerate our growth in the
Loyalty Solutions
area.

You will be responsible for
generating and qualifying new business opportunities
among B2B clients in sectors such as
retail, insurance, banking, utilities, and mobility
.

Your goal is to identify prospects, spark their interest in our
loyalty, cashback, and incentive programs
, and connect them with our Sales Managers for the next steps.

We're looking for a
proactive, curious, and motivated
individual with a passion for technology, marketing, and relationship-building.

As a BDR, you'll gain hands-on experience in
consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and market research
— setting the foundation for a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales.

Together with the Loyalty Solutions Team and your manager, you will
develop strategies to grow the pipeline
, share insights from the market, and contribute to Vip District's expansion in Italy and Europe.

Your Main Functions

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop target accounts into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Research key sectors (retail, insurance, utilities, banking, mobility) to identify decision-makers and potential projects.
  • Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital events to introduce Vip District's loyalty and engagement platforms.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Managers and ensure smooth handover.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and campaigns to support lead generation and follow-up.
  • Manage all leads in our CRM, ensuring clean data and efficient pipeline management.
  • Handle objections with confidence and position Vip District as a trusted partner in loyalty innovation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline creation.

What are we looking for? (requirements)

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or a commercial role (B2B preferred).
  • Experience or strong interest in marketing, loyalty, or digital engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Native-level Italian and English (B1) is required.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and initiating new conversations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity software (MS Office / Google Workspace).
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Based in or near Milan, available for a hybrid work model (2–3 days/week in office).
  • Must be able to work from home with a reliable internet connection, appropriate equipment, and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
