Are you a young talent or recent graduate and passionate about starting a career in Sales? Join Signify's Sales Graduate Program, a unique two-year journey designed to develop our future sales people.

What We Offer

  • Permanent contract from day one
  • Two-year rotational program across four key departments: Product Marketing, Lighting Application (Lias), Quotation/Proposal Management, and Customer Satisfaction/Commercial Operations.
  • Six months in each department, gaining hands-on experience and contributing as a full team member
  • Technical training (lighting product and system knowledge) and soft skills training (communication, negotiation, presentation and commercial skills)
  • You'll get paired with an experienced KAM and you'll go to customer visit with them.
  • Exposure to international teams and senior leadership
  • Clear path to a commercial sales position upon successful completion
  • Career advancement based on your performance

Who Should Apply

  • Recent graduates or young professionals
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Motivated to build a career in sales, even without prior experience
  • Willing to invest two years in structured learning and development

More About The Role
After the 2 year program, you will work as a job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales Representative in Italy with Signify. Your main tasks will be:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Italy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
