Construction Manager – Industrial Projects

Descrizione del ruolo

Per una realtà strutturata operante nel settore industriale, ricerchiamo un/una Construction Manager con esperienza nella gestione di cantieri complessi e nel coordinamento delle attività di costruzione. La risorsa sarà il principale punto di contatto tra Cliente, fornitori e funzioni interne, garantendo avanzamento lavori, qualità e sicurezza.

Responsabilità principali

Supervisione delle attività di cantiere, assicurando rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi
Coordinamento di imprese appaltatrici, fornitori e squadre operative
Allineamento con Project Manager, Engineering e Procurement su priorità e pianificazione
Verifica del rispetto delle normative HSE e gestione della sicurezza in sito
Monitoraggio avanzamento lavori e predisposizione di report periodici
Gestione documentazione tecnica di cantiere e supporto agli as-built
Controllo disponibilità materiali e coordinamento logistica di cantiere
Interfaccia con il Cliente per aggiornamenti su milestone e attività critiche
Supporto alle fasi di collaudo, commissioning e handover finale

Requisiti e competenze

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come Construction/Site Manager in ambito industriale o impiantistico
Conoscenza delle normative di cantiere e dei requisiti HSE
Capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici, layout e documentazione ingegneristica
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
Preferibile conoscenza di software di project management o sistemi ERP
Inglese fluente
Leadership operativa, comunicazione efficace, problem solving e orientamento al risultato
