For our HQ in Bresso, we are looking for a "
Communications Specialist
".

This role will report to the Head of Communications and will be supporting the team in all the internal communications activities.

Main Responsibilities of the role:

  • Internal Communications: managing the company Intranet (news, newsletter, strategic announcements and SharePoint), communication by e-mail (organizational announcements and strategic communications)
  • Coordination of People Care activities
  • Support in organizing company events
  • Coordination of activities in Zambon's affiliates: cascading initiatives, supporting and collaborating with HR functions in each country
  • Project management: coordination, monitoring, communication

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Communications or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in the role
  • Pharma provenience is a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms
  • Problem solving, collaborating and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in English.
